What does the training look like?
We establish the level and goal
Before the training, we check the participants' experience and what specifically they want to learn.

We create a program covering the necessary topics, instead of conducting each training according to the same scheme.

We explain the basics needed to understand the system, but we do not stop at just slides and definitions.

Participants configure devices, perform exercises, and independently verify the solutions they have learned.

There is room to discuss specific cases, settings, and problems that participants encounter in their own work.
We do not teach clicking through menus
Knowing the location of a button is not enough to carry out the execution properly.
That is why during the training, we explain why a specific solution works, when it is worth using it, and what the consequences of incorrect configuration may be. We want participants to be able to make decisions independently after the training, even when the situation deviates from the example shown during the class.
This is especially important in live work, where one often needs to react quickly to changes in the program, rider, stage configuration, or technical problems.
Practice on professional equipment
During the classes, we work on real devices used in the event and stage industry. This allows participants to go through the entire process of system configuration instead of learning it solely on a computer screen or in a presentation.
Depending on the scope of the training, we prepare consoles, audio systems, microphones, networking devices, lighting, or other elements needed for exercises.

Our facilities are located in Zielonka near Warsaw. We conduct training for individuals, companies, and institutions from Warsaw, Mazovia, and other parts of Poland.
