The cost of sound reinforcement depends on the size of the event, the number of participants, the location, the duration of work, and the required equipment and technical support. We price a small conference differently than an outdoor concert or festival. Each production is priced individually. To prepare an offer, it is best to send us the date, location, expected number of participants, and basic information about the event.

The number of participants is just one of the factors influencing the choice of system. We also consider the size and geometry of the space, the type of event, the required volume level, the acoustics of the venue, and the arrangement of the audience. Based on this, we select the sound system to ensure as even sound coverage as possible and an appropriate reserve of capacity during the production.

Yes. Before the event, we analyze the technical rider of the artist or band and prepare the system according to their requirements. We check, among other things, the FOH sound system, monitoring, consoles, microphones, stage boxes, cabling, and stage requirements. If changes or substitutes are necessary, we agree on them with the production or the band's engineer before the event.

Yes. We can comprehensively prepare both sound and stage lighting as well as other technical elements of the event. This way, the systems are designed as one cohesive implementation, and the organizer does not have to coordinate several independent teams. We tailor the scope individually to the concert, conference, corporate event, or outdoor event.

Yes. We service concerts, festivals, city events, picnics, and other productions taking place in open spaces. When designing the system, we take into account the size of the area, the layout of the audience, stage requirements, and the technical conditions of the venue. We can provide sound, lighting, stage structures, and a team responsible for assembly, execution, and disassembly.

Yes. Depending on the needs of the event, we provide sound engineers responsible for the FOH mix and the monitor system for the artists. We can work with both the system we prepared and as part of a larger technical production. Before the event, we establish the band's requirements, stage configuration, and the way rehearsals and the actual execution will be conducted.

It is best to contact us as early as possible, especially during the concert and event season and for larger productions. More advance notice gives more time for analyzing riders, preparing the technical project, and reserving the appropriate equipment. For smaller events, we can often fulfill the order with shorter notice as well — so it's worth asking about the availability of a specific date.

Yes. Our facilities are located in Zielonka near Warsaw, but we organize concerts, events, conferences, and outdoor events in Mazovia and throughout Poland. When organizing outside of Warsaw, we also prepare logistics, transport of equipment, and the work of the technical team on-site at the event.
